All clients know all too well that when it comes to checking-in, they will have to wait what seem like never-ending minutes until their turn comes around. They also understand that often their flight will arrive a little late. Their plane will probably be full and they will most likely have to travel squashed between two complete strangers. It is also possible that there will be no room for them to store away their hand luggage which means wedging it between their feet, or "underneath the seat in front", as they say. To a large extent, they accept all of this, saying to themselves "it doesn´t matter, we are going to have a lovely few days holiday".
However, once they are off the plane and in their chosen destination, their long-yearned-for holidays really begin and everything has to be just right. It is at this point that clients will not accept delays, waiting and other inconveniences. Anything that goes wrong can ruin their stay. We, here at Ultramar after 50 years of experience, know this all too well. Our job is not just to transfer clients, accommodate them, take them on excursions or organise their events. Our job is to do it well.
